We second time bought a phone on that store. And we were served by Mr.Riyaz and whenever we visited there that man helped us lot. He gave us proper understanding. Everything is amazing.

He was calm, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable — he knew exactly what he was talking about and made the whole process effortless. He was incredibly helpful and polite throughout, set the device up for me in-store, and took the time to clearly explain how everything works. I truly can’t thank him enough. Alfie was great
Alfie was excellent from start to finish. I've been with 3 for a while and it was my first time with him and he provided some of the best service I've had, especially as someone who's not too familiar with phones. He found the right plan for me and was so helpful getting all my data transferred over to my new phone.

Linda, the store manager has been extremely helpful transferring my contract to 3 and setting up the sim only contract. She is extremely sensitive to a customer's needs.

Linda, the manager is absolutely brilliant, helpful and understanding in helping someone who's only semi literate digitally. Would definitely recommend 3 and the Havant store.
