We got 3 Internet because K com got too expensive. It was a rolling month by month thing.The signal was quite good but not great. Then our Internet just wasn't giving us enough to watch our Netflix. My husband called them and they said we had hardly any signal so they gave us a booster for it. With this they sneakily put us onto a 24month contract without our knowledge. The signal was still no good. When we changed to another supplier they said we had to pay £130.00 for early. Absolutely disgusting because we didn't even know they had put us on a contract when it was there service that was not up to standard.

Great customer service
It's been really good. We had Ebony and Lynn attending to us, they were very warm and polite. They explained really well and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Hope the network treats us as nice🙂 🙂🙂 we got the home broadband and two sim cards

I had placed an online order but was unsure on whether this had been delivered. Alex was quick to resolve this issue and his helpful and informative service, enabled me to leave with a better deal than the one I originally agreed to.
