Daniel Amini is the most helpful professional I have ever encountered. I know I can be a difficult costumer but his knowledge and manner is exemplary. I thank him so very much for his help and cool manner. Three should be lucky to have him an an employee.

Evangeline was able to sort out the issues with my phone. As soon as my contract finishes, I'll be moving to three as their customers service is simply awesome, so grateful for the help

Do not trust Three
Just left this company, because I did not trast them, as they overcharged me with my 2years purchase contract for 12 more months and refusing to repay overcharge.
This time, knowing from 13.09 that I am leaving still charged me for the next month.
Impossible to contact them now as I am no longer with them but with Vodafone, who does actually has some kind of deal with the Three, as the chat asked me if I am Three or Vodafone customer, before proceeding to the telephone number.
Shame on you!

Daniel was extremely helpful. He not only helped us set up a digital bank account, he patiently described all the eSIM options and recommended a plan that works best for my daughter’s needs. We were able to do all this in the comfort of the Three store on Kensington High Street in London. The Three app was easy to download and to use! Overall a well-deserved 5-star experience!
