We had a really great experience with Petro at the Three Lakeside store. He helped us switch six of our SIMs over to business accounts, which has ended up saving us money every month and given us access to much better customer service — definitely the right move for us.
We did run into a small issue that central customer services weren’t able to sort out, so we went back into the store. Petro was incredibly helpful, polite, and patient, and he got everything resolved without any fuss.
Brilliant service all round — we’d highly recommend the Three Store Lakeside and especially Petro if you need any help.

James and Liv were amazing
James and Liv were amazing helping me get my new phone. They helped me get everything approved from there HO end as I am not the most technical. They also set everything up for me. Amazing company too keeping me entertained whilst I waited.

Fantastic Service
Olivia, James and Blake were truly amazing! Olivia especially where she worked hard in ensuring that I had the best deal possible, and finding the perfect phone for me. Should be a store leader as I left happy, with everything transferred and I did not have to stress about anything. I was so happy that the team are now all caffeinated ready to provide the same service to the customers just like me. So happy I've moved to Three!
