Naz was super great. She helped to upgrade my contract she has always helped me over the years with my contracts and I always return back to Leeds Whiterose for her service. She always manages to go over and beyond to give me the best deal

Excellent customer service especially by Dainora in WhiteRose Leeds. She provided above and beyond service by contacting our previous network provider and stayed online to get things done for our new sims only contract. She completed the long process due to Vodafone being stubborn and extremely reluctant , that took almost 2 hours, and she was extremely friendly and did her best to make the process as smooth as possible.

Excellent service by Zoheb ,we had to attend the store on two occasions to sort out an issue with our router. on both occasions we found Zoheb to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly , he definitely went the extra mile to sort out our problem . I visited the Three store at White Rose after being scammed into switching my contract from Three to O2 by someone who falsely told me that Three was merging with O2. I was very worried about losing my number and wasn’t sure what to do.

A lovely member of staff called Amina helped me throughout the process. She was kind, professional, and extremely helpful in getting everything sorted and helping me get my number back. She took the time to explain everything clearly and made a stressful situation much easier to deal with.

I can’t thank Amina enough for her excellent customer service and support. She is a real credit to Three, and I highly recommend the White Rose store because of the outstanding help I received.

Ash was great, not only did he solve my problem with my SIM card quickly and smoothly, he also sorted me out with a cracking saving on my existing plan.

I came in to check the date for upgrade on my sons account. Ash informed me that my sons was overdue and on checking my account both mine and my eldest sons were also overdue, and potentalially paying more than we could. He quickly changed this and sorted me out with three new contracts. I couldn't thank him more for doing this so swiftly and easily for me.
