So easy, very helpful!

I went to the Three phone in Bow Street Mall lisburn and a problem with my phone that was ongoing for weeks was sorted in MINUTES. just want to commend Daniel who was welcoming, through, and expert in his job. He has made my day and has been an answer to my prayer for today👏👏🙏🙏🙏

Called into store today and dealt with a lovely guy Daniel the most helpful person I have ever dealt with it sales. Nothing was a problem he went above and beyond for everything I needed. Will definetly be using this store again thanks to the help of Daniel

The Lisburn Store with whom I have dealt with over 8 years the service has been excellent and the staff and in particular the manager Emma. The service is very good with regards to network. Before I changed to Three I had many terrible experiences with Orange. And this is chalk and cheese. The service is excellent.

Staff were so helpful! Super patient and friendly. They explained all my options clearly and made sure I was happy and confident in my decision to go ahead with the new contract. Would 100% recommend this store for any queries or if you're just looking for some friendly advice :)

Excellent service. I walked into the shop and had rough idea what i was looking. A 5g homebroadband hub. The staff member of Three, Sarah was more than helpful and polite. I was in and out in 10 mins with my hub in hand. I was very pleased with the speedy service. No hassle at all. Great work. Thankyou

I went in to see what my options are as my airtime was running out and went through all my options so that I could choose the right one for me. The man was very helpful with the info that he provided for me and no pushing me to get anything I didn’t want/need he’s actually served me the last few times I’ve came into to get new phone don’t think he remembers me but I remember him and he’s always been very helpful

Emma and her team mate were absolutely fantastic at helping out with finding me a phone and then suggesting the best plan for me to help save a bit of money. Really friendly staff and a lovely atmosphere in the shop. I really can't thank them enough for the way they handled my purchase going over and above to make my experience a positive and a relaxed one. Definitely recommend Three in Lisburn!!

I was looking to switch my daughter from O2, but found the online process quite daunting. I popped into the store and Daniel was incredibly helpful, patiently walking me through everything and making the whole process easy and stress-free. He also took the time to review my own contract and, as I was out of contract, secured me a better deal at a lower price.

I’m delighted with the efficient and friendly service I received — it really highlighted why speaking to a real person in a retail store is such a better experience than trying to work it all out online. Thank you, Daniel and the team!

I have been coming to this store for many years and will continue, always get great upgrades and service. I was recently in getting my children two new phones for Christmas with Daniel and Emma. Very happy with the deals, got the phones set up, everything was great and will continue to visit this store.

Love the Three store in Lisburn. They always have the best deals and the staff are all so lovely. Called in to see if any offers on for black Friday for an iPad and was very promptly served by Sarah. She set me up with a cracking deal and sorted it all out in no time at all and we had a good laugh and chat while she was putting the order through

Big shout out to Emma, Ben and Daniel as well as I've dealt with just about everyone over the years and everyone is so helpful and nothing is a bother to them. Recently Daniel set me up with some extra data for the month and while I was there advised me of a better phone deal than the one I was on and I jumped on it as it almost seemed too good to be true.

I love having a store locally I can go into and actually speak to someone and it's even better that the staff are all so approachable and willing to help. All a credit to Three and a big thank you to them all!
