Sean was absolutely brilliant ive been into this store so many times to try and resolve my issue with my phone and finally after speaking to Sean on the phone last week he told me to come in store and he helped me resolve my technical issue with my phone and I will be back again next week to get an additional sim with him. He's fantastic and deserves a promotion.

Time for an upgrade!
I was well overdue for an upgrade and went into the Foyleside store. Sean was an absolute star, he made the process so easy and I walked out with a brand new phone, cheaper contract and much better off!

Extremely helpful
I was seen and attended to by a young lady called Ashley who wentover and above to help me
She explained things very clearly in language I could understand
Unfortunately we did not go with 3 as it didn’t offer what we needed but Ashley recommended we use Vodafone as it is full fibre to the house and is part of the company
Otherwise I would have gone for EE
I felt extremely valued as a customer and would highly recommend using 3 if it has what you need

I had a great experience in store today with the advisor Sean,he was extremely helpful and patient with me in doing the data transfer, he sold me a new phone and helped me move across to the three network and also gave me an excellent deal on the broadband and an additional SIM.
