Outstanding customer service
In store customer service has been exceptional. The staff especially when upgrading and/or problems with products where more than helpful and friendly (both Middlesbrough and Stockton stores). Gone above and beyond to sort a defect phone, made sure I was kept in the know of when a replacement was available and made the replacement a quick and easy swap by helping me transfer everything over.
