Excellent customer service
I was in Three shop in Newry today, was dealing with Chloe re a bill query. Chloe was so pleasant and helpfulnwhich is refreshing. Any time I have been in to th Three shop I have had similar positive experiences. Many thanks and Merry Christmas Three!

Fantastic Phone Shop
The staff in the Newry staff have great customer service. Helped me get my Google Pixel 9 Pro XL with the best deal available and a tablet. Happily continue to take out Phone Plans with 3 Mobile.

Fantastic upgrade experience
When I visited the store I was unsure about moving to a new phone but the team were brilliant, they took the time to answer all my questions and I am very pleased with my new phone and plan.

Really clear communication!
Went in for an upgrade recently and was given really clear options and left a deal that I was very happy with.

Great experience
One of the staff members helped set up my phone and get my photos and contacts transferred as I wouldn't really know how, they made the process of getting a new phone much simpler and hassle free
