Highly recommend
My mum went in to look for a new phone and was helped by Maisie, she took time to go through everything with my mum and helped her to choose a phone and a plan and then helped her to set the phone up once it arrived. Unfortunately a few days later my mum decided it wasn't what she needed so we went back to the shop to return her phone, we were met with a positive attitude from the store manager Josh and explained the reasons for returning the phone, he offered to go through different plans with us but we didn't feel under pressure or like we were being given the hard sell at all. We explained that we just wanted to cancel and get a refund and he was happy to help with that. Maisie sat with us and sorted out the refund. Throughout the whole experience the staff were very friendly and helpful, Maisie was very patient, informative and took time to go through things thoroughly to make sure we got everything we needed. Although we ended up returning the phone I would highly recommend this store and it's staff, particularly Maisie to anyone. Maisie you went above and beyond and I really appreciate the time you spent helping my mum with everything, you are an asset to this store and the company and I hope that they acknowledge that.
