Michaela was absolutely fantastic when helping us switch three phones over to the Three network. She was incredibly patient, efficient and brilliant at multitasking, making what could have been a stressful process feel completely straightforward.
She went above and beyond, even helping us set up Life360 for our 11-year-old daughter. Nothing was too much trouble, and she was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful throughout.
The customer service we received from Michaela was outstanding. She is a real credit to Three and, without a doubt, one of the best customer service experiences we have ever had. Absolutely brilliant – thank you, Michaela!

Michaela was very helpful
Came into store as I had an issue with my phone where I had loads of viruses. Michaela was really helpful and fixed my issue quickly. I love coming into store as I find you're always really helpful and kind.

Michaela was very efficient, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me contact the fraud team and gather my proofs to send to them after I had been a victim of fraud and saved us some money on my wives SIM.

I received such a lovely welcome from Rebecca today.
She was extremely professional, kind and knowledgeable and what was an initial query about data roaming turned into something more.
She did a little investigating as to why my phone had 2 sim cards and sorted the issue i've been having with my monthly data allowance.

Asia was very very helpful
Aisa was very helpful in helping me and my partner set up our broadband and resolve all the issues we encountered online and in other stores so was so refreshing to finally have good service when dealing with setting it all up.
