My husband and I visited the Three store in the Victoria Centre, Nottingham, to sort out what we thought was going to be a very complicated request involving five mobile contracts. We had a mixture of contracts that were in and out of term, needed name changes, address updates, and various account amendments. We honestly expected it to be a long and stressful process.

Thankfully, Jasmine made the whole experience incredibly easy. From the moment we arrived, she was warm, friendly, and genuinely happy to help. Nothing was ever too much trouble. Every time we apologised for adding another request, she’d simply smile and say, “No problem, I can do that now,” before getting straight on with it.

By the time we left, all five contracts had been updated correctly, the names and addresses were sorted, and I’d even upgraded to a new phone—which wasn’t something I’d planned on doing when I walked in! Jasmine’s customer service was outstanding. She clearly has excellent sales skills, but at no point did we feel pressured into anything. She simply listened to what we needed, offered the right solutions, and made the whole process effortless.

We’ve always managed our accounts online, but it’s often been frustrating, time consuming, and things haven’t always been updated correctly, which is exactly why some of these changes needed making in the first place. Visiting the store was a completely different experience, and we even left with a few extra goodies too!

A genuine five star experience from start to finish. If I could give more than five stars, I absolutely would. Thank you, Jasmine, for your patience, professionalism, and for making what we thought would be a lengthy, complicated job feel so easy. You’re a real credit to the Three team.

My phone was filled with viruses and was unable to be used. Had multiple people look at it and told me I had to get a new phone. Came into store today and was served by Jasmine who was able to sort my phone out for me with no issues. Very polite girl who was happy to help me fix my phone for no cost. Extremely happy with my service and my phone is back to working again.

Nice experience

Suresh was very helpful. We came in with billing inquiry and he made sure to go through everything and we signed up for another two ears contract. We were not happy and was trying to change the company, just because of Suresh and his professionalism we stayed and I am glad to see such a positive attitude from suresh. We will definitely recommend Suresh to friends and family
