I was spoken to as soon as I arrived…
I was spoken to as soon as I arrived and was asked what I wanted. I informed the staff member i was there for my contract renewal and was introduced to Josh who helped. He was knowledgeable and helpful without being pushy. I wanted a similar contract and cheaper so Josh got monthly payments down by £4.
