Broadband services

I wanted to share my appreciation for the excellent customer service I received. Colin and Reese are very professional, patient and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. It was a very positive experienced and I truly appreciate the outstanding support. Thank you for maintaining such a high standard of service.

Don’t trust 3 Phone/Broadband

Don’t do trust these cowboys with anything…I bought broadband online…they sent a faulty hub…I took it to a 3 shop 15 miles away to get it sorted…they confirmed it wasn’t working…had no service from them and then when i cancelled my plan due to no service provided…they charged me £15 and sent my private contact details to a debt recovery agency ….shocking
