Disgusting treatment from 3 I've contacted the obnisisnaman
Would give 0 stars if I could. 3 wrote to me to remind me that my broadband contract would end on the 20th of this month. I went into the shop and spoke to the manager Nav, I renewed our sim only deal but when I tried to cancel our broadband, he told me that I would have to go back another day. I went back into the shop on the 13th sat with a staff member for at least half an hour while he typed on his computer, during this time 3 sent me numerous security codes. Finally I was told that 3 would send me a QR code in a couple of days then I would be able to return the broadband box. On the 20th the day my contract ended I still hadn't received a QR code so I went back into the shop and spoke to Nav again. Nav told me that he would elevate my case but I had to give 30 days notice even though my contract had ended. I told him that didn't make sense my contract had ended and I'd been asking for a QR since the 11th. On the 21st someone from customer service rang me and said that I would receive a QR by 18.00 but I would still have to pay for the box until 3 received it but I didn't have to give 30 days notice. I told him that I should not have to pay for the box as its 3's fault it hasn't been returned its just 3's way of making money from customers putting us in an impossible situation you pay for the box until they receive it but you can't return it until you get a QR code which they seem incapable of sending. I've now elevated this and contacted the obnisisnasman
