I’ve been into the three store in Slough. And was attended to by Tej who was extremely patient and managed to completely set up my new phone for me and explained all the details. Very satisfied, excellent service.

Absolutely OUTRAGEOUS service at Three Slough – Sandeep deserves a statue
I walked into the Three store in Slough expecting to maybe sort my phone out. What I got instead was a life-changing customer service experience.
Sandeep didn’t just help me — he commanded the situation with the confidence of someone who clearly wakes up every morning ready to outperform expectations. From the moment I explained what I needed, he listened properly (a rare skill these days), asked the right questions, and somehow managed to explain everything in a way that made complete sense without any sales waffle.
He covered every option, every deal, every tiny detail — yet never once made me feel rushed or pressured. I left knowing I’d made the right decision, not just a decision. Honestly, if every retail assistant worked like Sandeep, customer complaints would go extinct.
If Three Slough were a football team, Sandeep would be their star player, captain, and man of the match — every single day. Absolute credit to the store and the company.
Came in as a customer. Left as a fan.
If you’re going to Three Slough, ask for Sandeep — accept no substitutes.

I went to get a Sim from Three Slough today. The advisor Ilhan gave me an offer that I could not refuse it. I left the store with broadband and w Sim cards for my family and the service + price is definitely 5 stars in this store . Thank you Three Slough for your amazing service and thank you for looking after me . I will definitely come again with my friends and family members.

I was coming in to the 3 store, the day before and no one seemed bothered. I come again the Saturday and I spoke to Constantin who was very helpful, giving me lots of useful information. I am trying to decide is the S25 worth it. Constantin knows his stuff about the processors.
