Can't fault the service
Can't fault the service. I upgraded my mobile broadband router deal and then was able to get a bundle deal for a new SIM only deal which is much better than what I have been paying. Nice and smooth to set everything up and the person I dealt with was 10/10

Excellent Customer service
Haydar gave me excellent customer service today in the St Albans store.
He took time to listen and understand my budget and gave me a deal that I was comfortable with. He took time to go through the Ts&Cs and phone set up.
Also offered me extras to keep my new device protected- which is very important.
I also observed that he a trainee-Aisha who he took through tasks in a very calm manner.
All in all, I am very happy with my new device and gadgets purchased today

Lovely in store experience
Both the boys in store were lovely and helped me out with my broadband after the one I got online wasn't working, they set up a new one and made sure it was working before I left.
