I went in to get my first contract phone, spoke to Emma who is really friendly and helpful. she answered all the questions to put me at ease. VERY happy with the service i received from her, also very happy to walk out with a new phone.

Thank you to the lovely team in Swindon, the manager and their staff were so helpful and remedied a difficult experience with the online customer service team. Went in to cancel my contract but the store team spent over an hour dealing with them for me and resolved the issue. I hope the team get a little something with each good review as they deserve it.
