Scammed
After being scammed and feeling an absolute idiot, I went to the store to sort things out. Caitlin was amazing and put my mind at rest, detailing what to do to rectify the results of my scamming and advising me to inform my bank. Thank you Caitlin. A credit to the staff at Three.

Staff really supportive
Went into store told the guys there what I wanted. What I wanted to achieve and they was more than supportive finding the right deal for me. The assistant manager and I believe the store manager were extremely facilitating and went above and beyond to help get the result I needed. Hannah was very knowledgeable and made the whole process incredibly easy for me. She is reason I will returning to Three Taunton. Fantastic customer service 100/10. Helped me set up a new sim and talked me through the switch process fully and answered all my questions with ease.

Darren and Hannah at the Taunton Store…
Darren and Hannah at the Taunton Store have just helped me out after a drama with my old phone dying on me.
They were both really helpful and found a great deal for me.
They set my new phone up for me so it was all ready to go before I left the store.
I would definitely recommend any of my friends and family going to the store to see them.

Excellent service
So I have been with Three mobile for a number of years. I have always found the shop staff so helpful.
I was served by Brandon and he is a real credit to the Taunton Three store. Always polite, extremely knowledgeable about the services and offers available, and alway so patient and understanding,as I am not very tech savvy but he showed such patience!!
Customer service deserves recognition when provided well and I feel this staff member went above and beyond. Thank you.

Brandon was an excellent sales rep. He explained everything i needed for.my new contract and he was very helpful in helping me select a new phone for myself and my son. And he remembered me when i came in a few months ago!!
