The Torquay Store excellent customer service

The Torquay Store are absolutely excellent they are so helpful and informative led by Dann the manager who goes above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with your phone choice I am unwell and find getting a new phone overwhelming especially switching from apple to android but he advised and helped me with the change making sure that all my history had come across and gave me tips on how to use the phone from the get go. The customer service was impeccable and all with a smile Trish and Don were also in the store and also very helpful and warm I highly recommend this store and it's team

I wanted to share an outstanding customer service experience I had with Dominic at the Three store in Torquay. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely focused on helping me find the best solution for my needs.

Dominic took the time to clearly explain all my options, answered every question with patience, and made the whole process seamless and stress-free. What really stood out was his professionalism combined with a friendly, approachable manner—nothing felt rushed or pushed.

It’s rare to come across service of this calibre, and Dominic is a real credit to the team. If you’re visiting the Torquay store, I highly recommend asking for him. First-class service from start to finish!

Trish was an absolute delight! Had a bunch of rubbish apps on my phone, she cleared them all out. Nothing was too much trouble for her.

up to my previous…

Just a follow up to my previous review,if Pete or anyone from three can read this .Three have said they have tried to contact me by phone regarding my complaint ..I was sent an email with a complaint reference number ,but the email has been deleted accidently by me.I couldn't face a call off one of your operators again ,I really would like to sort this complaint by email ,dealing with operators has completely made me very stressed and effected my mental health .All I want to do is send the info from my previous review to someone who will take action regarding my complaint and hopefully get this resolved ,no more calls please ,please tell someone with authority to get in touch by email, I really don't want to be a three customer anymore .The last 2-3 years has really made me ill .I have about 22 months of my contact remaining ,to add insult to injury the prices have recently increased .I really want this issue resolved and want to get away from three completely as a good will gesture please release me from this contract after 20 years a loyal phone customer and 15 years WiFi ,I think it's the least you could do.by the way it's a business contract and please send me a PAC number ,? So I can move to a more professional company .thankyou .

I always have an excellent experience when visiting the torquay store. Sarah was very helpful in assisting me with my new phone also helping me with the data transfer and trading in my old phone. Everyone is so helpful

Fantastic, helpful staff.

We visited the store looking for new phones. We had a very friendly welcome from sarah. Unsure of what we wanted, Sarah had lots of advice for us. We settled on the phones we wanted but they weren't in stock so would be delivered to our home address within a week. We explained to Sarah that we are a bit technophobe! Sarah kindly offered that if we bring the new phones back into store, she would transfer all our information, apps, photos etc over to the new phones.
She did exactly that! Sarah had something useful advice and was so helpful. 2 weeks later when I hadn't managed to link my smartwatch to the new phone, we went back in and Sarah & the team managed to sort it out.
The whole experience was fantastic.
Amazing team & so friendly!
Thank you very much for such a pleasant experience.
