Darran provided exceptional customer…
Darran provided exceptional customer service. He was incredibly attentive and patient with my mother, who struggles with using her phone and is not very familiar with technology. His kindness, understanding, and professionalism truly stood out.
I honestly wish I could do more than just leave a review, as customer service like his is rare. If every customer service representative were like Darran, the experience would be so much better for everyone. I would rate him 10/10 without hesitation. He is a genuinely kind-hearted person
