Three store Warrington
Clare at Three Warrington was very helpful sorting an order I had placed for a sim card in St Helens Three /Vodafone store which they couldn't get to work due to the fact they couldn't get into their portals anywhere in this store. So thanks Clare in Warrington and John in St Helens who suggested I go to the Three store in Warrington.

Clare was amazing!
After dropping and breaking my phone and needing to get a new phone same day, Clare was amazing! She was very professional, but personable too. She had a lot of patience and her product knowledge was amazing.
I did find the phone cheaper at a competitor however Clare’s customer service made me go with Three.

Excellent Service
I went into the Warrington Three store expecting a fight, having had a complete nightmare on Three’s online chat the day before. The online agent was relentlessly trying to push me toward Vodafone products and insisted on selling me fibre when I specifically wanted Three's 5G Home Broadband. They even falsely claimed I couldn’t get the switcher credit for moving my broadband over to 5G. The online experience felt pushy, unhelpful, and almost made me walk away from Three entirely after my contract ended.
What a complete night-and-day difference in the store! I walked in knowing exactly what I needed—a new contract for two SIMs and 5G Home Broadband. The staff were absolute stars. They actually listened to what I wanted, didn't try to pressure or upsell me on things I didn't ask for, and sorted everything out effortlessly—including the switcher credit with zero hassle.
I walked out completely sorted and extremely happy. Outstanding customer service from a team that actually cares about what the customer needs. Highly recommended!
