I was given the wrong SIM card

I was given the wrong SIM card at Watford Store. Agent was too eager to get the trustpilot review yesterday, where I gave a 5 star for his politeness, but now chatting to Three technical support, they said wrong SIM was given & they can't send a new one, so I have to take a half day from work to go back to Three Store again to get another SIM. Whole experience is unacceptable

Hi there, we understand why this has been disappointing. After what seemed to be a positive store experience, finding out the wrong SIM was provided and then needing to make another trip to the Watford store to put things right is understandably frustrating, especially when it means taking time away from work. As the SIM will need to be exchanged in store, the team at Watford will be able to provide the correct SIM and get this resolved for you.
