Amazing service, such a lovely gentleman, Stephen, who helped me sort a new phone for over an hour. He made it all so much easier. He even missed his lunch break. So thank you for everything.

Great customer service!
What an amazing team of ladies and gents that helped me in the Weymouth store today! Came in to cancel a contract but ended up taking out a contract for a tablet! 🤣

Very helpful
Hannah was lovely and very helpful, and upfront about the increase that will occur to my new phone bill in April. My only downside is that this is part of the contract, and the signal has been awful lately so I'll be sad to be paying more if this continues
