I went in today to query about the services that 3 offered. I was seen by a lovely lady called Imman. I was seen straight away with no waiting time. The customer service was exceptional, swift and excellent. :)

Westfield Store gives the best customer service
I came to the west field store after having an awful experience at the harrow store. Wareesha and Vinh helped us and made sure we had a smooth process. By the time we arrived to the store we were furious but they got everything done for us. Brilliant team work at the west field store
