I visited the store in Woolwich on Thursday July 30 2026 to transfer two mobile phone accounts into my children's names and to change the payment method.
A lovely young lady named Kiara assisted me throughout the process. I was there with my two young children, and Kiara was incredibly patient, polite, and professional. Her calm and reassuring manner made the whole experience much easier and less stressful.
Kiara is a real asset to your company. She provided outstanding customer service, and I truly appreciate all of her help. Thank you, Kiara, for making our visit such a positive experience.
