Adam J was fantastic. He helped me reset my password as my account was still connected to an old address. I travel tomorrow so wanted to make sure I had international roaming and he managed to fix the issue. Thank you!

Connor has been amazing and helped us…
Connor has been amazing and helped us reset a SIM and remove a phone number from a current contract. My sister had been having a lot of issues with her phone and he spent an hour with us sorting everything for her and even brought some humour, couldn’t recommend him high enough ☺️

The service I received today from Connor in the Yeovil store was first class. I am a little ‘clueless’ when it comes to technology and the change of phones. Connor made the process stress free and spoke me through every step and made sure I found the right contract for me within my budget. Very pleased with the service I received today. Thank you

Speak to Merlin
Metin was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable with all things three. Martin got me a fantastic deal on not just my broadband but also my phone and even portable 5G mini broadband. Thanks to Marvin, my phone, broadband and new mini actually comes to LESS than what I was paying previously, with a new device. Metine explained all of the options and I was in control to choose the best one for me.
