I used Three 5G Home Broadband for 6 months with only minor issues, but I have had no internet connection for the last two weeks. Support keeps asking me to wait, and now the technical team wants another week to investigate. This is the worst network experience I've had in 15 years. A complete loss of service for weeks with no clear resolution is simply unacceptable.

Jon was a fantastic help and assisted us in setting up cheaper contracts for myself and my husband and setting up 4 new contracts for my children. Couldn't have asked for better assistance. Highly recommended and will definitely be back when our contracts are finished to get another great offer.
