HIGE SCAM ALERT! Raitis, a man who puts out an add that says “pay $100 to talk to the owner direct or pay regular to speak with our team”. I of course don’t pay extra but behold, I got Raitis anyways a blonde hair blue eyed dude whom I first mistook for a woman. He said I was “lucky” and he had some free time.

So he shows me quite the show and tell. I sign an agreement I pay, and I haven’t heard back or gotten a response back since. What a pathetic business practice. I am doing everything I can to ensure this guy is caught and this doesn’t happen to anyone else. He’s ripping people off around 6k. Living not in the United States. Just rapey Taken vibes now that I realize what a scam this was. I’ve seen karma play out in front of me so I enjoy just knowing someone bigger will take this dude, his little one man team- out the game.

Canceled a meeting that was set up weeks before 30 mins before the meeting. I had to email them why they canceled.

Do NOT sign up with this company. Here are just some of the issues i've experienced: 1) could not access website after registering; 2) was promised that technical issues would be handled that same day or at least the next day and I never was contacted with any fixes; 3) I ended up figuring out how to sign up somehow (i still don't even know how) using a different email address (and of course listing my credit card info a second time); 4) for two entire days nobody responded on the chat box; 5) initially the rep told me my trial would be extended but of course I had no way to know if they did such; 6) I asked for a complete cancellation before the end of the trial period and nobody responded; 7) despite cancelling one of my two accounts I apparently had, I still got charged (and of course the trial hadn't been extended); 8) I STILL never got responses to my messages for an entire day (including the fact that no courses had the worksheets available anywhere.. customer service conveniently never acknowledged that); 9) FINALLY someone answered and agreed to process a refund (and, mind you, the customer service isn't exactly professional)... and almost one week later I still don't see it despite being told it should be 1-2 days.. I get banks take time sometimes but I had other companies process refunds that same day which posted the next day; 10) I'm having to repeat myself so many times to get any sort of cancellation confirmation (seeing as how I still cannot actually access the account that had the initial registration error).

The owner appears to be the same person who manages the customer service chat box. In one course he discusses how his goal in business (or at least this one) is finding happiness through having the respect of others. A hint of an elitist mindset. I personally found that incredibly cringey, but that aside, what a way to make sure other talented business owners never respect you or want to go near your business ever again. Learn customer service 101.
