Says item was instock only to receive email next day so out of stock and 3 weeks before I receive. Money has been paid and no contact from them. Very very poor service would say avoid this company at all costs.

When purchase never turned up, I rang to see where it was, only to be yold the product was out of stock!
Wouldn’t have know if I hadn’t rung!

I am still waiting for a reply as to where my order is.

On our most recent order we had a delivery problem which is not unusual with any courier & certainly not Tiger supplies responsibility. Customer services were professional and very helpful staying committed and updating us until the problem was both answered and resolved. When you get perfect service from an obviously well run and committed company it's only fair to show appreciation for that. Thank you Tiger Supplies.

Great communication and quick delivery

So Disappointed to see that tiger supplies have copied the Original blakes building profiles Bootwasher. We used to supply Tiger supplies monthly with our Bootwasher and to see they are claiming to have the ultimate heavy duty boot washer station is very sad to see. These counterfeit companies copying manufacturers ideas is very disappointing. The welding on the tiger supplies Bootwasher is awful, when the boot station arrived the Bootwasher was bent. The studs to hold the brushes are not fit for purpose as the brushes move with tension.

My item was delivered and it was damaged I contacted the company told them the problem sent pics of damaged item they got back to me and they are sending a replacement no fuss all done very quickly will be using this company again thanks.

Tiger Supplies are not greedy price wise. They are very fair n realistic towards their customers and above all they do what they say they will do and that’s deliver to end user and great customer service, of which in our climate these days is very rare - full marks to Tiger Supplies

The buying process was exceptionally easy and delivery ahead of plan.

Avoid Tiger Supplies at all costs! I ordered with the expectation of next-day delivery, as they advertised, but not only did the order fail to arrive on time—no one bothered to inform me about the delay. Customer service was unhelpful and showed zero accountability. I had to chase them to cancel my order and get a refund. Save yourself the hassle and choose a company that actually values its customers.
