Found this company on a feed in my instagram. Items are definitely not as pictured. jumpsuitts should be wide legged and Modal fabric. When I noticed I was also overcharged by $14, I immediately contacted them. Contacted them for a remedy and its a constant wheel of click on a customer svc link that gets no where. Dont be duped by this company! Womdering if I should report them to the FTC because it looks like they are mispresenting a brand airessentials which is sold by Spanx. I wont even get into the insinuation of an Oprah image caricature review of the product.

I ordered two jumpsuits and a pair of jeans for $91 total on 8/18. They over charged me $109. Today is 9/25 and I still have received nothing. According to their tracking it went from Ireland to the US and has been sitting in San Diego since 9/15. I’ve emailed them several times and get no traction. I asked for a refund and they told me to be patient. I’m over it.

A terrible response when asked for a refund on a poor quality item. They will not refund when customer is unhappy with the product. It took forever to receive and it was not what it looked like in their Shop Now page. Do not order with this company.

This company is a total scam. Do not purchase from them. I ordered a jumpsuit that was so poorly stitched together and the fabric is not what is advertised. They will not take a return and refund my money. There isn’t even a return option for the consumer.
They offered me a refund of $4 for an item that cost $40, when I pushed back on them. Be warned.

Item was the wrong size a medium instead of a petite medium. Fabric was dreadful. Company told me they shipped the correct item ! I sent photos with the medium label clearly visible. I sent about 15 emails to them finally they told me I would have to pay to return the item to China and it would be EXPENSIVE ! This company is awful, do not order anything from them !!!

Last week I posted a scathing review about this scam-dalous company but I don’t see it here. Anyway I’m updating my review. I ordered my item on 8/17. It finally showed up on 8/31. It is a medium but I couldn’t raise it above my waist. The fabric quality is good so I will pass it on to someone else. I will be more cautious about ordering online from now on.

This company is a scam!! Diabolical service, my item never arrived and I keep getting fobbed off. I have asked for a full refund but this has been refused because they say the item was sent so is not their problem!! Evri, the courier is as bad!! Be warned against both of these companies.

Bought a jumpsuit. NOTHING like the video. Cheap flimsy see through material, the legs were tapered and not flared, size didn't fit. Emailed with pictures to ask for a refund and they offered $3!! I paid almost £40. Under refund section of their website, I am entitled to one because of poor quality and not as described. ABSOLUTE SCAM!! do not go near them.

This company is deceitful, claim to have return policy. Will NOT accept, the product is way too small and I ordered a size up. Just keep telling me to give away to friends.
Fed up with getting the the run around.
I hope the product I ordered from extractiony doesn’t have the same problem .

If I could give zero star, I would! This suit is neither true to the picture nor the sizes. I just received my order (after waiting 3 weeks for it!), a size S and a size M. I am normally a S/M. I could hardly get them on. And the medium is seriously NOT bigger than the size Small. Further more the materiale is nothing like the pictures. They are very shiny, and almost pure Polyester. Not specifically soft at all. I just wrote to claim a return as they promise on their website. But looking them up on FB, I found that others have tried the same thing and are not getting their refund. The company tries to negotiate with you in order not to pay you your money back. Dont trust them! You’re gonna waste your money.
