Adding my 1 star review to show that this company is still not sending out orders or responding to emails. I can't get through on the phone either. AVOID!

They need to do themselves a favour and just close down the company because they clearly do not want to run the company! Sending incomplete orders, ignoring calls, emails! The owner is so bad! Do not buy from them

Product not received after 4 months of chasing
I ordered a product a tiling product on 1st May 2025 and have still not received my product. I have phoned numerous times and had someone answer once who said they will look into the issue and get back to me but still no response or product. i have emailed chasing several times with no response and now the phones are not being answered and there is no mailbox. Very unhappy as i have ordered from them numerous times with no issue. Still waiting

Terrible experience with this company
Terrible experience with this company. 1* is too much.
I ordered a floor cleaning product to the value of £144 on 27th June 2025.
The item did not arrive. The company was extremelydifficult to contact, I attempted via phone, email and facebook messenger. The company eventually responded and informed me that it was out of stock and promised a refund on 18th July 2025. This refund has still not been recieved over 2 weeks later, and I have been forced to raise a claim against the company.
Stay away from this company.

Absolutely top service from Tiling Logistics every time I deal with them. There are not many companies out there with this level of support. It is my main equipment/product supplier for all natural stone work.
Once I needed special metal daimonds for work and they have managed to get it for me from italy in no time.
It is always pleasure to deal with Kevin, Antony and team.

Tiling logistics are a first class company. Their knowledge is second to none. Never fail on one time day delivery with the added option of AM or PM delivery. I carnt recommend Tiling logistics enough for all your cleaning & restoration products. I will 100% continue to use these guys.
