Biggest fraudster in Canary Wharf

I saw Luis campaigning for common councillor for the elections on 24th March. It is the first time a politician approaches my office and asks for my opinion rather than just sending a leaflet.

He took office 2 weeks ago and I saw him promoting life back to the city with a fitness event.

i attended one of his coaching sessions. beside being very inspiring, we covered from how to rent a property up to how to finance a property deal with bad credit score.

Luis Felipe is very knowledgeable. Highly recommended, specially if you are not a Real Estate expert

It lasted for 4 days and I learnt the technique of negotiating.

First day : how to use platforms and how to post on different websites to attract more phone calls

Second day. How to answer the phone calls to maximizer conversion (highly recommended )

Third day: howntkndecorate the properties and how to close the deal.

Fourth day: negotiation exercises (highly recommended too )

Negative: a bit expensive £497 is a bit too much, however I will recommend watching his youtube videos.

Very helpful person. He gave me advice on how to deal with my problematic tenants who wouldn't look after my property and would not want to leave my flat in London.

Avoid this scammer. This is a criminal from south america, scamming both landlords and tenants. I would suggest everyone reporting him
