Product was of good quality and exactly as described; the most best bed of the type I wanted that I could find at a price point I was happy with. A solid piece of furniture that I managed to assemble on my own. The ordering process was easy and I was updated regularly regarding progress of order fulfilment

I took the headboard out of the packaging and immediately knew it wasn't right for our master bedroom. What appeared to be a plush padded headboard online was basically hardboard with a thin layer of padding and material.

In their defence I don't think my expectations were correctly set for the price point of the bed.

On the positive side the delivery and subsequent collection for return was excellent with good communication and polite, helpful couriers. I would buy from them again, just be aware that you get what you pay for and c. £400 beds are not of a particularly high quality and comfort. Lesson learnt.

Great customer service, so easy to contact, straight through to an actual person rather than a robot and fabulous customer care. I ordered the Berkeley TV bed and although it was quite complicated to assemble we absolutely love it, the colour and quality is great. Also really liked the option of receiving fabric samples which really helped us to make a decision. Would highly recommend.

Do think as there are 3 holes on the bed brackets that 3 bolts should have been provided but only 2 are issued for each corner bracket. Thanks

Courteous and helpful staff.The bed arrrived in four boxes all carefully labeled. The assembly was relatively easy ,but needed an experienced person to do it.
It is a lovely bed ,a bit of a shame I chose a rather too deep matress so the headboard is partly obscured.
On the whole I am very happy.

I have always wanted a sleigh bed and since moving house and having more room for a larger bed looked online for one. The price of the Time4sleep bed compared to others I saw was amazing value. A bit nervous of something I haven’t seen IRL so took a chance. Ordered the bed and two side tables. I am absolutely over the moon with the entire order. Bedside tables arrived fully assembled and it took 2 of us a couple of hours to assemble the bed. It’s is beautiful, solid, amazing quality. I would definitely recommend. The delivery company was also brilliant. I couldn’t be happier, thank you!

Good selection of mattresses to choose from, the quality of the mattress we purchased is very good. When delivered the mattress was well wrapped with polythene, the only downsize with that was the mattress had a slight odour which did disappear after a few days.

Ordering was easy and delivery on time we found it easy to put together but what made it a great shop was that the bed material was better than we though despite only seing it online
