I ordered two cards via 24 hour delivery for my nephew’s birthday. Only one card came. They sent the second card after I complained but via 48 hour delivery, so it was late and missed his birthday. To be fair I didn’t mention the birthday but they should have sent the replacement via the same method.

Service is okay but nothing to get excited about.

All arrived, but I selected 48 hour tracking and it took over a week to arrive.

Other than delivery all was good, sent tracking info when requested and arrived shortly after. Thanks!

A small hiccup when placing the order but was dealt with professionally and happy with the final product.

Single cards that I bought were well packaged. Each card was in a penny sleeve then put in it's own toploader. Great service! Would definitely buy from them again!

Hey all @ Titan Cards. The way the cards were packed was nothing less than absolute CRAP!!! The person who packed the cards was either a new hire or was high. They stuffed 6 cards into ONE sleeve and then stuffed that into one top loader with no other protection!! (Shipment from UK to U.S) I paid good money for these cards for them to be handled so poorly

Sent out the product immediately and came in great condition.

I like to support independent stores rather than bigger ones in the tcg space. I only need 2 things to ensure I'm satisfied and will make repeat purchases; dispatch quickly and offer responsive and effective support when needed. TitanCards does both of these based on my recent experiences with them. Trustworthy and efficient.

Delivery was quick, but one of the items delivered was not as advertised and received a regular card instead of a reverse-holo as ordered
