Also asked for phone call prior to delivery they turned up at wrong address

It's great that you wanted to improve your safety and join the 'Ladder Amnsety'. Having looked into your order, I can see that currently, our Amnesty programme isn't available in your geographical location - which is stated on the website as part of the programmes Terms and Conditions.
As for the miss communication regarding the wrong address, I can see that you had requested a call before the delivery was attempted. Please accept our apologies, we have passed this feedback to our logistics team who will be using it to further improve their service.

Spoke with an extremely helpful person called Bev, and she was able to assist with the step ladder feet that we required.
Being as she was unsure if they would fit perfectly, she opted to send me a set free of charge to try.

HOWEVER THE DELIVERY PACKAGING IS POOR.
IT WAS ROUGHLY HANDLED BY THE DELIVERY
COMPANY AND HAD SCRATCHING ON THE FRAME.
IT SHOULD CONSIDERING THE PRICE HAVE BEEN
PACKED IN IN PROTECTIVE CARDBOARD,NOT JUST
A CLING FILM WRAPPING AROUND THE FEET.

Ordered Titan ladders recently and the ladders are great I won’t use any other brand as I think these are the best trade ladders out there including the roof ladders. Service was great when ordered and communication was excellent emails replied to in a timely manner. Would definitely recommend Titan ladders.
