It took its time as these things do. The people who dealt with my case were professional and informative, comms were good and advice sound..

The case took several years to settle, we've had different people dealing with the case whom have all stated either verbally or in written emails and letters that they expect the case to be settled/ paid out within a set time frame of a few weeks to a few months. It's actually took about 3 years. We've had to ring and chase them for updates throughout. Other people with solar panel claims whom we know with other solicitors have had their claims sorted in half the time it's took ours.

TLW Solicitors acted on my behalf in a miss sold dispute, and came up trumps for me. Very pleased with the result. Would recommend them for any disputes u may have.

Had some gaps in communication as things were processed but the outcome was better than I expected so overall with the wait and tbh I'd never have known I could claim or found the time or patience to pursue it myself

TLW were excellent throughout their representation, patient and i can say dogged! with limited information from myself there must have been hair pulling days for them but it never showed in any communication. they managed to bring about a successful outcome which would not have happened without their expertise.

Helen was very helpful and explained everything to me about the situation and keeps me informed when necessary.

For the amount of money they take , and yes I know they tell you at the beginning how much percentage they take , I feel that this company have been poor . Not enough communication as to how our claim was going, I can't remember how many different people have taken over the case . I won't be reccomending them

TLW handled my successful claim for miss-sold and miss-managed SIPP. The process took a very long time due to companies going bust and the FSCS eventually having to get involved. They always kept me informed as to progress and were diligent in chasing up many companies for information. Ultimately they were successful and I am back where I should have been were I not given the poor advice and management. Thanks to Emily and her team!

My only criticism is that they were not always great at keeping us regularly updated about how things were going, which I would have appreciated.

Avoid at all costs, they want you to sign up to a contract without providing you with their terms of engagement. Requested their terms on several occasions and was told their experiencing IT problems, followed them up after waiting a month and guess what .........still experiencing IT problems!!!??? Really???? Incompetent, incapable, inept!!

NEVER EVER SIGN WITH THIS COMPANY BECAUSE THEY ARE INCOMPETENT, UNETHICAL, AND INHUMANE. I had signed a contract with them as 'no win no fees' basis interruption Covid 19claims against my insurer. They wrote to me in April/ May'21 that my policy doesn't cover Covid 19 so therefore we have closed your case. I was absolutely heartbroken because in 2019 my t/o was just under 40k and in 2020 was 12k so how can you survive? A few weeks later another company contacted me about the case and I sent them an email saying that my policy does not cover interruption of Covid 19 because my solicitor told me but they had insisted I send the policy documents so I did and they told me they can take my case with no win no fees basis so I thought I have nothing to lose and I have signed the contract with them. After a few weeks, TLW contacted me and I had asked them to go ahead but there is another company so I told the gentleman that I thought I was talking to the company I just had signed up for. I had mentioned to her that I had a telephone conversation and I did not have any contact with TLW. The gentleman said yes I can see that and that was the end of the conversation until the 2nd Of Oct'21 I have received an invoice of £930 for breaching the contract? I did not breach my contract INSTEAD YOU CLOSED MY CASE. And why did the gentleman not say anything at that moment about breaching the contract? I have CONTACT WITH LEGAL OMBUDSMAN ALSO GOING TO REPORT AGAINST THEIR UNETHICAL CONDUCT AND PRAY MY GOD SO THEY CAN NOT AND WILL NOT BEHAVE LIKE THIS TO NO OTHER INNOCENT PEOPLE.. THEY ARE WORSE THAN SCAMMERS..

Be careful with using them, they offer you no win no fee for various claims but are hot on you possibly defaulting on agreements. They are too keen to end the agreement because they say you have defaulted and send you an enormous bill for work they say they have done on your case but you never get a invoice broken down into individual items.
