If I could give a zero I would. I had ordered a very expensive drill. And received it broken, I had recorded a video of the drill not working properly. It was within an hour of receiving it. I had to go back and forth for over a month to try get my money back. They had taken a "restock fee" of £35 off me, because they had to resell it even though it was broken. I'm soue they do not sell refurbished items. They said it was tested before they sent it but the proof was very shady. They did refund "as a gesture of good will' even thought I was fully in my rights for the full amount. I also had to pay over £12 for it to be sent back to them and I did not get a reimbursement.
Then to top it off they have black listed the salon it was sent to. I have emailed explaining I had actually moved from that site during this time but they refuse to email me back.

NEVER in my life have I experienced such horrible customer service in my life.
I find it so unprofessional to refuse service to a company that is not involved with this matter. They continue to ignore my emails.

I received my order very quickly. I placed my order on sat 14 sept, and received it wed 18 sept which is great considering I ordered on the weekend. My order came perfectly with no issues. I was a bit skeptical about placing the order due to some of the reviews on here but I did my research and also really needed some Apres refills. This store has very good stock of Apres amongst other nail products so I will purchase again from TNBL.

Morgan Taylor nail polish I received had totally dried up to the point where the polish was a quarter of the way down the bottle and the brush broke off and stuck in the polish when opened.
Should never have been allowed to leave the store.

Extremely poor customer service. This was my first time using TNBL, I ordered gel polish in two different colours. I have used both colours before, one of them was perfect but the colour of the second was way off - instead of a nude/pink it was a beige/yellow. I sent photos clearly showing the bottle was faulty and requested a replacement. TNBL claimed to have checked all of their stock and couldn’t find any issues so declined a replacement. It seems this company are great until you have a problem, they have no interest in rectifying it. Please bear this in mind if you are thinking of placing an order. I will not be a returning customer.

After being a loyal customer for 5 years... no more. An efile not came flying off at 300000 rpm after being less than 2 weeks old. Apparently this is a common problem they have when they are dropped! Regardless of the fact it was not dropped and was fresh on my upower up200 drill, saying dropping a tiny bit like this and it being so poorly manufactured they think that’s acceptable says it all really!!!

Really good experience with this company. Ordered on Sunday, arrived on Thursday despite being a bank holiday in between.
Nail polishes were excellent prices and I was able to find some Zoya polishes I'd been after for a while.
Must point out though that on the terms and conditions of this website it states they only sell to professional salons. I didn't notice this until after I ordered but I received my four polishes with no problems. Maybe this company should remove this statement as I think it would deter people buying.

Excellent service, prompt delivery and amazing products at great prices. Highly recommended. I will be back to buy some more thanks TNBL :)
