I ordered a Kärcher SE 4001
I ordered a Kärcher SE 4001, but received a Kärcher SE 4 instead. The delivery was also delayed by nearly a week. Because of this experience, I would not purchase from this company again and would not recommend them to others.

Hi Keith,
We’re sorry you feel this way, but we do need to address a few points.
You were initially charged €55 at checkout; however, as clearly outlined on our product pages, category pages, shipping terms and conditions, and again at checkout, this is not a final delivery cost for bulky items outside our area.
Your order included multiple tonne bags of building materials along with lengths of timber. These are heavy, oversized goods that required 6 pallet spaces with our external courier. Once confirmed, the delivery cost came to over €300, exceeding the total value of your order.
Given that delivery costs were not feasible at that cost, the delivery was cancelled. You were offered the option to proceed by covering the full delivery cost or to collect the order instead once you made contact with us.
We are transparent about our process at every stage, and while you are entitled to your opinion, describing this as dishonest is not accurate.
We wish you the best going forward.

Delivery
I understood when I placed the order that delivery would be made within 3 days, unfortunately it took 12 days for delivery and while I might have been OK with that myself, my Tenant was very annoyed obviously with me, although it was outside my control.

Great service, quick despatch & item well packaged. Rug is beautiful, bright & fresh for the spring & absorbs the moisture from shoes coming in from all the rain. Washable mat makes it easy to keep too.

Problem solved
I had a mix up with getting the correct charcoal filter for my extractor fan. Michael researched this for me, solved the problem despite inaccurate information on the manufacturer's website and provided the correct filters speedily. Excellent personal service.
