First class. The help I received from Miguel before making any purchases was amazing - knowledgeable, efficient and very patient with my poor Spanish. However, the real mark of a good company is how they handle things when they go wrong. One of the units that I bought developed a fault after about 6 months. After a few checks, the return of the faulty unit and replacement with a new one was fast and faultless. Very many thanks. I will certainly be using this company again.
Primera clase. La ayuda que recibí de Miguel antes de hacer cualquier compra fue asombrosa: eficiente, eficiente y muy paciente con mi pobre español. Sin embargo, la verdadera marca de una buena empresa es cómo manejan las cosas cuando van mal. Una de las unidades que compré desarrolló una falla después de unos 6 meses. Después de algunos controles, la devolución de la unidad defectuosa y el reemplazo por uno nuevo fue rápido y sin fallas. Muchas gracias. Sin duda volveré a utilizar esta empresa.
