Amazing customer service. Sent a cake, flowers and picture mug to a friend in Lahore Was one day late due to floods but was emailed to make me aware of the situation. Apart from that, cake was delicious and everything was great!

Fraud company, have cheated with me on multiple occasions, used to be good but got corrupted. Order 4 lb cake but delivered 2 lb cake, on other 2 occasions didn't deliver the cake and never refunded my points ($50 worth), chor company stay away

I have been using this service when it first started.Despite being massively over priced it used to be reliable.
Recently I ordered 2 rechargeable fans.'After' receiving payment an agent texted that product ID 13943 is out of stock & I can get a similar replacement/ refund.The replacement fan offered was much cheaper & lower in specs,which I declined.Instead I asked them to replace it with Product ID 5579.They took one week to tell that even this is not available.
The refund I received is less than what I was charged.
During all this time those 'out of stock' rechargeable fans were still up for sale!
Effectively charging clients for products clearly not in stock & offering them cheaper product as replacement.
Stay away....not reliable at all

The company did not send a confirmation of payment within 30 minutes of purchase. Even untill 24 hours later there was no professional email from them. Nobody responded to phone calls.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. My package was eaten by rats and all the company have said is they will look into this, this was from the beginning of June. During a pandemic they feel it is alright for this to happen?! I will advise everyone NEVER to order from here. If you do they will not answer your issues in a timely manner or even at all as matter of fact. AWFUL AND DISGUSTING

Totally fraud company. They have lied to me and have not delivered. Keep away from them. Paid them over USD 170 and they did not deliver anything. Choooooooors!

I would not give any Star if possible. Ordered for fathers day and on the day of delivery they emailed me that the ordered cannot be delivered and will be delivered next day. Even next day was not delivered. I have been trying to call and reach through their whatsapp number. But no one replies. The worst service i have ever used. Its day 3 whereas i paid for next day deliver. I would rather not let my gift go to my dad and get refund or dispute the transaction with the bank. I’ll never ever use again. Such an embarrassment.

ordered a gift from them for fathers day. post payment then did not deliver thee package and multiple attempts to contact them via email, text, call and whatsapp have gone unanswered. and my poor father has not gotten his gift

Have used them many many times for Karachi. Always delivered though late sometimes. My only concern is that the products are over priced other then that customer service is responsive and they are a genuine service provider.

I had a wonderful experience recently with tohfay.com. I ordered 3 Mangoes gift basket to my relative in Islamabad and Karachi. They were delivered promptly. Unfortunately, one of the packages delivered had some rotten mangoes (about 25%). Rest of the packages delivered had no issues (yum). I filed a complaint and they promptly replied. Next thing, I found out that a replacement package was delivered in no time. I am not sure how many companies have a great customer service like this. I am a fan for life.

The quality dilivered no way near appeared on website. Disappointed.
I wish if I had reviewed comments first. Comparitively speaking Tohfay pricing is better however what you do with pricing if you get something inferior.

Ordered some gifts for a relative. They did not deliver and nor did they respond but have kept the $200. PayPal also has very slow response time hence the money seems to be blocked for some time. Pursuing it, but DO NOT use this website at all. Fraud people ...

I ordered a chocolate package for my mother on May 10th 2020. It was supposed to have 25 pieces for $50 but had only 20. What a tragedy! Moreover, box received was already opened and in terrible shape. I so not recommend this website for anyone.

I wish I could give a 0 star. Utterly disappointed with the quality of the products. Ordered chocolate and snacks basked along with a board game worth $60 as a birthday present for my nephews in Pakistan. However, what they received was different from what was promised. The chocolates were local, of low quality and were expired. The juice bottle was extremely dirty and a low-quality copy of the Slice company. The board game was broken. Please refrain from using their service and spend your money on something better.

Tohfay.com has a great selection of all kinds of gifts with great and affordable prices. Their shipping of same days is excellent for me. The customer service department has a team that is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful, always listening to the customer’s needs and finding the right solutions immediately. I had a situation for the gift to send my family in Pakistan on the same day so my friend told me about tohfay.com. I use them and ordered on the same day even after cut off time but its delivered on the mentioned day and items were more fresh & beautiful. Now when ever have to send anything in Pakistan just login and ordered on tohfay.com

I purchased donation service from Tofay.com which they charged me $65 USD. After submitting order and waiting or over a week I got in touch with online chat personal who kept me waiting for 45 minutes and came back to me that order was processed. However, next day when I replied to request for invoice the invoice showed 4000 RP which come up with $25 USD. What happened to rest of the money. This is pathetic. They are stealing money from donations. It’s unbelievable....

Very bad experience. I ordered a different fridge model on the website but the workers of Tohfay.com had deceived their clients and sent out a wrong fridge. When asked to correct the mistake they apologized and stated that they will switch the fridge and deliver the correct fridge. Not only that but I was requested an additional $70 to replace the fridge with the correct model since the posted price on the Tohfay.com website was incorrectly posted. They gave me a so called $25 discount on the inconvenience which in my opinion is nothing. Firstly, the error of the incorrect amount posted on the website was the fault of the person in charge of the website. Secondly the person who placed the shipment ordered from the dispatching warehouse requested the wrong fridge model which all resulted in the incorrect cost amount being posted on the website and the wrong fridge model being delivered. This is not the first time this issue has happened to me. Back in March or April of this year I had ordered a fan which too was different from the fan delivered. Back then I also had been requested to pay an additional amount of money since there was an error on the amount posted back then too. That is two same to same experiences that have happened to me. I am a long term client of Tohfay.com and have sent about around 5-7 orders of merchandise to be delivered to relatives in Pakistan. Unfortunately Tohfay.com has lost one of their loyal clients and based on not only one but three similar experiences, I have decided to take my business somewhere else.

Worst experience. I ordered birthday package for my father..they charged way too much and the items they deliver are substandard and cheap

I tried them 2 times, will never order again. They have a very bad service & send cheap stuff to people even though they charge alot i would recommend to go to TCS sentiments they are pretty good. Please do not ever order from tohfay.com
