Genuinely exceptional service
One case where “exceptional service” is for once not hyperbole. The website is very helpful and well laid out, but the personal response is something else. Instant response to a query, out of normal business hours, and follow up with a video that demonstrated how to install the part without damaging it during removal and reinstalling! Considering I’m not a volume buyer, the attention shown is just incredible, and massively appreciated. Thank you so much- I’ll be buying my spares from you guys always.

Excellent communication. Send an email explaining my problem with some photos and with in 10 minutes i got the reply back from steve. Being not a plumber or diy man my self Steve kept replying to my messages and giving his suggestions promptly when needed . And i got the items delivered within 2 days. Highly recommend.

Amazing customer service
The part I’d ordered arrived quickly and seems to be of good quality.
I contacted them because I (as a complete novice) was having trouble fitting it. They replied quickly, very kindly confirming that it was the right part and walking me clearly through the adjustment I needed to make to fit it.
