Amazing service!

Super pleased with the service and quality of products.

Your tiles are fantastic. Your delivery system is awful.
We received a mail on a Friday to say they had been dispatched and nothing more until we had a call mid morning the following Tuesday to say the driver was 15 minutes away. Not very helpful. Excellent that we working close by.

Extremely well wrapped and packaged tiles, with next day delivery. Really happy with all the prices and styles. Will be ordering for the kitchen and bathrooms soon.

So far I have only ordered samples, but delivery and packing were first class. I am very impressed.

Ordered just one square metre of Country Patchwork tiles along with the smallest tub of cement (15kg) and a small bag of grout. Nearly £30 for delivery for an order just over £60 seemed disproportionate but I guess it's the weight of the items. Delivery was arranged for the following Monday. 4 pm on Monday, voicemail arrived from Customer Service to apologise profusely to say I shouldn't have been able to order for a Monday delivery, but that the tiles would be with me Tuesday. No delivery Tuesday either. So Wednesday morning, email sent to sales who emailed me back very quickly to say that the carrier had assured them that the delivery would be with me between 10.30 and 12, and that to make up for the inconvenience the shipping would be refunded. The tiles are now up and look fantastic. Great tiles, great customer service if things don't go to plan. Thanks.

Tiles arrived quicker than I thought, unfortunately one was broken but as it turns out it's not the one we have picked. With that in mind I will wait until everywhere is open again to pick them up in person. Thanks guys

Lovely tiles, delivered quickly but packaging for some of the tile boxes was ripped open so had to be careful when carrying upstairs to my flat in case the tiles dropped out of their boxes.

Arrived next day, well packaged and good quality

Helpful on the phone. Tiles turned up the next day which was very impressive & appreciated. Carnival colours are a little more muted than I thought, they look more vibrant on a computer screen. Haven't been laid yet but are a heavy substantial tile, builder will do it.

Super full sized sample, well packaged and no charge for postage! Hope to go ahead with this project once I can get a tiler!
