Great customer service - marcel rogers
Great customer service from Marcel Rogers at Basildon. My daughter had an intermittent scraping noise from a wheel and couldn’t get it looked by service for a week (which is not so good) but Marcel in sales sorted it out for her within an hour. Brilliant

I called service reception this morning with a software problem, and spoke to a very helpful girl, she got my problem sorted out by lunchtime. The mechanic who dealt with it was also first class, very knowledgeable and efficient.
Excellent service, highly recommended.

Wouldn't use this company again!
Brought a car from the Basildon branch which was faulty, after finally getting the car changed (I had to do all the work) the second car in less than a year is found to have a £1000 issue which would have been known before selling me this car and im told is something that cover as its a known fault. Emails ignored and Peugeot Customer service completely useless in getting the issue/branch issues resolved. Wish I never brought the car!!!

My car had its annual service today. I was greeted by Sofia at Toomey Basildon. Extremely pleasant young lady i was made to feel very comfortable Sofia made conversation which I really appreciated and we exchanged views on the cars. I can't recommend Cherry Toomey highly enough. Annie, Marcel, and the entire team have been absolutely fantastic throughout my car purchase. From the moment I walked in, they were friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free.
They took the time to answer all my questions, kept me informed every step of the way, and made sure I was completely happy with my purchase. Their customer service was outstanding, and nothing was ever too much trouble.

Had a 2 year service. All good, car all in the green. Had an issue with an oil leak, which turned out to be a faulty oil filter seal. All dealt with as part of the service.

Be Wary
If I could, I would give them 0 stars. My husband and I went to this dealership and bought 2 Leapmotor vehicles. We liked them so much that our son and daughter also bought a vehicle each. As we had bought 4 vehicles we were promised the car mats for free and also money for a new key card for one of the vehicles. We are still waiting and it has been 11 months. The manager, Richard, is well aware of this as he was the one who authorised the freebies but has not done anything about it since. I keep texting Jordan, who was the salesman and I tried e mailing Richard but have got nothing from them. It seems that they sell the vehicles but then don’t have any time for you afterwards. Aftersales is atrocious. They are now no longer a Leapmotor dealer but a Chery dealership.

Appalling customer service. Test drive arranged for 2pm, a walk in customer takes my test drive. I have better things to be doing with my family at the weekend rather than waiting for you guys to get your act together!
