The best customer service I have had. Mia was polite, friendly and professional from the beginning. She kept me updated on the progress with the car. When I went to pick it up they had rectified the fault with the air con, but also identified an additional issue and sorted that as well.
Mia also ensured that the car got a much needed clean. So much so that we walked past it initially and didn't recognise it. A lovely personal touch.

I had my second year service for my MG which went smoothly , while I waited for just over an hour, there were refreshments and was looked after by Mia who was friendly,polite and answered my questions 😊 . Other members of staff were accommodating and I felt in good hands. I received a detailed report of my service once it was complete.

We had Ellis on reception she was brilliant really helpful a credit to mg.

Ellie and Paul were amazing! They made everything so easy and helped me out as I couldn't get to drop my car off as was unwell.

Had my car serviced and MOT today. Mia was very helpful and efficient as usual, called to remind me of my appointment too. Pleased with the service I received.

Had an Appointment to fix a small problem with my sensors

Booked a courtesy car too , was greeted at reception by a charming young lady called Mia , who was very helpful and knowledgeable about my planned works etc

Collected my car later that afternoon and was greeted again ,by the lovely Mia .

when entering the show room told the sales staff we came to pick up a new car no one seemed to be bothered so just sat and waited for someone to help had to ask again for help a reluctant member of staff then came over and seemed like it was a bit to much trouble for him then told us car was not ready had to wait nearly 2 hours and then they could not supply the car mats we spoke about when buying the car out. The brief on the car was poor. I told him was not happy and was thinking about not going through with the deal which was meet with you can’t do that in all this is the worst car dealership i have ever been to

I had my MG HS serviced and a small repair done under warranty this week and I can only say this company does customer care to another level. I got a video showing what was done and a full report of my car. The service here is fantastic and a special shout goes out to Mia who is polite, professional and kept me fully informed of all progress. Other car dealers take note please!

I had an issue with my radio and hopefully after today the fault has been fixed and it was A+ service. Mia on the customer reception desk was a credit to the company.
