I was a bit apprehensive about buying sunglasses online but I decided to give these a try. They are the best sunglasses I own. They are truly tangle free and the fit is very comfortable.

These sunglasses are amazing. I always have trouble with the messing up of the hair… that is no more! Need to buy more of these ASAP

Topfoxx sunnies are by far the best! The quality is top notch, they have so many styles to choose from and the price is right. Plus they always have great sales. Customer service is excellent and I love supporting a company that is so good to its customers. Highly recommend giving them a try.

I really like this brand, but it's very annoying that they sell out of some products and never restock them. I bought a paid 3 years ago and LOVED it but I lost them. When I reached out about buying a new one they said they don't make it anymore. I have a few other pairs that I really like but those were my favorite :( just wish brands didn't stop selling good styles!

Tangle free aviators really save my middle age hair strands and I think make me look cool 😎

Had the glasses for a week and wore them twice and the lens popped out. Can’t get anyone on the phone or get them to respond to emails. Buyer Beware

Update 14 Sept 22: I have received a full refund through the same way I had originally paid for the item. They did ask if I wanted the item to be re-shipped, but I declined due to the bad customer service and experience received. Happy with the refund without any further issues but the service I experienced was terrible and has left a sour taste in my mouth after that ordeal.

Placed an order 30 July, was told that it's been shipped. Received a notification that my order has been delivered on the 10 August. Checked tracking as I didn't receive my order and it states that it was picked up by an individual in New Jersey, I live in New Zealand!

Emailed Top Foxx, they told me to wait for a week and that they are unable to track it, I waited two weeks and still nothing not even a courtesy email from them. I followed what was on their faq on their website about 'if my order never arrived' and tried to contact USPS but I am unable to lodge a claim as the tracking number is complete and they cannot do anything as it's been signed by an individual in New Jersey. Top Foxx cannot even give the details of the individual carrier that picked it up in New Jersey, they told me to wait a week so they know that this is their normal process for them. I emailed Top Foxx again and no response at all via email or facebook messenger. I will be laying a complaint to the Bureau of Consumer Laws and Protection within 5 days if I don't receive a full refund as it is fraudulent what they're doing. I suggest people who have been scammed by them to do the same. Absolutely terrible experience with this company. I've ordered three products from US companies within the last 2-3 weeks with no problem at all, I could track it and they have all been delivered without any problems.
