Great communication, great item and great service.
I was given a weeks notice for delivery which allowed plenty of time to arrange for someone to be home, I received a text on the day of delivery providing a half hour window and the delivery from Tom and Mark was seamless.
Great service.

Harvey and Pete were great delivering my benches this morning, nothing was too much trouble for them, they can deliver my furniture any time. Thanks boys.

Excellent service from when I placed my order online to delivery, telephoned to say when delivery would be and then on the morning of delivery another call to say what time, Simon and Tony delivered with care..now looking forward to putting the bed in our new home ..highly recommend

We have been so pleased with our new sideboard. The design is modern yet rustic enough to fit in with our period property. We have received many complements from visitors.
The service we received from Top Furniture was excellent. Delivery was on time, the delivery men were polite and efficient. All in all, this has been a refreshingly excellent experience.

Easy ordering process which was followed up with a call and email to confirm delivery. The delivery guys (Rob and Scott) then messaged the night before delivery to confirm a more specific half hour delivery window and arrived promptly the next day with our furniture.

Furniture delivered on Wednesday all good there was a slight issue but customer service sorted quickly . Rob and Scott were great very pleasant and on time . Would not hesitate to recommend

Ordered 4 items of oak furniture expecting it to take 2-3 weeks but I got a phone call 2 days later and arranged delivery in less than a week ! The furniture is lovely , very good quality. The delivery guys Scott and Matt were great. Put the items where we requested and gave us some tips on unpacking which was extremely useful. Overall it was very efficient and I would definitely recommend

My wine rack was delivered on time & placed in the downstairs room of my choice. It would be great if it was unpacked as a larger piece of furniture would be a real struggle. That said I was happy with the delivery & the wine rack.

Received our bedroom furniture today from Top furniture. We ordered the Toulouse white collection of two 3 over 4 chest of drawers and two bedside tables.
The furniture is beautiful, good quality, very solid and heavy and we felt it was also very good value for money.
The furniture was delivered by Scott and Matt who were both very friendly and helpful and placed the items where we requested. The 4 pieces were extremely well packed! We are very pleased with the furniture and service and will use Top furniture again.

​I cannot recommend Simon and Tony highly enough! I was running a little bit late for my furniture delivery, but they kindly waited for me without a single complaint. They were incredibly courteous, friendly, and professional the entire time. They took great care of my new furniture and were highly respectful of my property while bringing everything inside. We've bought from Top Furniture before but this is the first time we have had a home delivery. Scott and Matt the delivery team arrived within the timeslot. They were very polite and helpful and delivered our furniture in excellent condition. Top Furniture should be very proud of these guys.
