Topsco came recommended from a friend, which is always a good start. We were on a tight schedule for the kitchen fitting and needed to get worktops sorted asap. Ollie was super responsive, and went above and beyond in terms of making sure the quartz we wanted was in stock and reserved for us. Booking the templating was easy and they arranged for fitting inside of a week, which I was super impressed with. Everyone we encountered at Topsco was fantastic and I couldn’t rate them highly enough. Sadly customer service isn’t always as you’d like it to be these days, but Topsco bucks that trend and delivered excellent customer service. Their price was competitive too. All in all, I’m one very happy customer. Thank you!

We have just had our quartz kitchen worktops fitted by Topsco and we are over the moon.
These guys are brilliant, the price was very competitive compared to other quotes and nothing was to much trouble. The chap that measured for the worktops was very helpful and knowledgeable. The whole experience with this company has been exemplary. Ollie at Topsco was brilliant in helping us chose our worktop. He listened carefully to our requirements (even when contradictory!) and offered simple suggestions to narrow down our choices so we could arrive at a style and material that suited our taste, but more importantly our budget.
His response to our questions (and our frequent changes of direction 😬) were always swift, patient and constructive.
The man who did the templating was equally easy to deal with and very efficient, as were the team who came to install our final choice (Bianco Carrara, fyi).
Most importantly, they arrived on time, dealt calmly with parking and loading, and made a couple of last minute adjustments we asked for without a worry.

The fitters were also brilliant and have done an amazing job. So happy with the outcome and the whole process has been no stress at all.

Lovely quality worktop I
fitted. Just a shame that when we discussed the presence of the electric cable that was to provide sockets above the worktop they did not tell me that they would not be able to facilitate that. But sneakily they pushed the cable down and fitted the worktop. So now can't have any sockets for things like kettles or other kitchen appliances,which is not ideal. Having informed the vendor I received lots of excuses as to how they were correct and I had done it all wrong, even though I did not receive any objections to the presence of the cable. Had they communicated any difficulties I would have been able to deal with it. I had a drill availability if only they would thave said. I could have drilled a bunch of holes. I was not
afforded that courtesy. No apologies from the company. Can't be trusted. Do not use them if you want a trustworthy lot

I was very confused about worktops - I had many conversations with many companies and found Ollie at TOPSCO to be the most helpful. He gave me information I needed to go and see the options of stone up close, to be sure I was picking the right one! He was always responsive and helpful with any questions I had. Template guy, Matt, was fantastic, very friendly and professional. Installation team were quick and tidy. I would recommend this company. Thank you

I recently purchased a quartz worktop from TopsCo, and I couldn't be happier with the outcome! Not only has it transformed the look of my kitchen, but the entire experience from start to finish was exceptional.

During the templating phase, the suggestions made by Matthew really enhanced the overall aesthetic of my kitchen (adding a quartz window sill). His keen eye for detail and commitment to making sure everything looked perfect was greatly appreciated.

On the day of installation, the fitters were prompt, efficient, and did an impeccable job. They worked quickly yet meticulously, ensuring that the worktop was installed flawlessly.
