I just experienced very poor customer service with a telephone operator. I received my online order Monday evening. After trying the dress it was too big, i ordered a size down. On Wednesday morning, I went to my account to initiate the return of the item that was too large. Went to check my email for the return label and only had a label to return to a store. I immediately called customer service and a very rude representative told me that it was impossible (?) to change the type of return so I could conveniently drop it off at the UPS store near my house. I was told I had 2 options, return to a store- the closest one is 2 hours away!! or change the label to UPS and get a store credit in 6 weeks!
I have never experienced this type of service with an online retailer. Any high end retailer has been able to assist with returns or a simple request like changing the return type within minutes to my satisfaction. Very unreasonable to not honor a switch of return type within a minute of the error.

We will NEVER purchase anything from the online store or any store. They have horrible customer service. They even said they received the shoes and I should receive a credit within 10-14 days. I am going to call my credit union and say it’s fraud and have them credit my account. Buyer Beware.

My husband purchased this Tory Burch Hybrid Smartwatch for me in 2018 from the Waikiki store. Because I own several other watches, this particular watch remained unused and in its original condition for years. Recently, I decided to start using it and had the battery replaced, as it was no longer functioning after being stored for such a long time.
When I attempted to set up the watch, I contacted Tory Burch customer service and learned that the companion app required for the smartwatch has been discontinued because the model is no longer being produced. After speaking with multiple customer service representatives as well as a supervisor, I was informed that there was no solution available and that the watch could no longer be used as intended.
I am extremely disappointed that a product marketed as a smartwatch has effectively become unusable due to the discontinuation of the supporting app. While I understand that products may eventually be retired, I would have expected better support or an alternative solution for customers who purchased these devices.
I have been a longtime Tory Burch customer and have made many purchases both online and in stores. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly impacted my confidence in the brand. Based on the lack of support provided, my family and I will be reconsidering future purchases from Tory Burch.

Very bad customer service!
Ordered two pairs of shoes for my wife on her birthday. They arrived a day before her birthday but the sizes were too big. I ordered the wrong sizes and it was my fault, so I called to exchange the sizes. I was told that the exchange process and replacement will only start once the original order was received by their warehouse. I sent the shoes the following day. So far, all is good and easy. However, the worst is just about to start! I returned the shoes on May 17th…. BUT, today is May 28 and I still don’t have the exchange shoes with the correct sizes. Called few times and it’s always a bunch of lies with the same story that the order is being processed. My latest call was yesterday, and after I was told the same lies, I requested to speak to a supervisor or a manager to get more details. I was put on hold for about 10 minutes only to hear the same person that I spoke with telling me that there was no one available to speak with me. She also told me that I will receive a call back from them right away. Guess what? It’s been more than 24 hours, and I didn’t as of yet, and I don’t think that I’ll ever get a call back from anyone. My wife and I are very tired of chasing this, and we will NEVER order from this company anymore.
There is a lot more options out there at that price point with "Customer Service" being a priority rather than “Customer Hassle”!

I would give you zero stars if I could this is the last time I will ever buy anything from you guys. This was the second bracelet that I bought from you guys. The first one broke after a week and a half and this one I received for my birthday today and didn’t even last five hours. You guys are horrible. I will never recommend you guys to anybody and I won’t ever buy from you again.

Tory Burch Sunglasses! If I could leave a 0* I would! True Fail in 3 years! I have bought so many others that have lasted way longer - RayBan, Prada, etc. those lasted close to 10 years. The ear side broke, became a needle at the side of my ear and I was bleeding! I have contacted everyone at Tory Burch. They are doing the hand off, as 24Mos warranty. Damn, take some credibility of your product! Especially if spending $190!

A bracelet should not fall off so easily after just one use. What’s even more frustrating is the lack of accountability and proper resolution from customer service. Very poor quality for such an expensive product. I expected much better from a brand like Tory Burch.

Poor handling of order cancellation and customer support
I am quite disappointed with my recent experience with Tory Burch.
After completing the purchase process, my was canceled, which caused unnecessary inconvenience and a significant delay. As a result, I also lost the promotion/discount that was applied at the time of purchase, which was an important factor in my decision to place the order.
What is particularly frustrating is that the resolution offered was simply to place a new order. This does not address the time lost, the inconvenience caused, or the financial impact of losing the original promotion. For a premium brand, I expected a more customer-focused approach and a better solution in such situations.

No Returns Policy – Even Store Credit Refused
I visited a Tory Burch outlet store the other day and purchased several items. The next day, I returned to the store hoping to return the shoes that I purchased, but was told there is a strict no-return policy.
I asked whether I could at least receive store credit, but that request was also declined.
To clarify, I contacted Tory Burch customer service and was told that returns are not accepted, and that this is their policy. The only option offered was to exchange the item for a different style within 30 days.
After reading other reviews here, it seems that Tory Burch in China may have one of the most restrictive return policies.
As a long-time customer who has enjoyed many of their products, this was disappointing. In recent years the quality of their leather goods has declined noticeably, and the after-sales experience was both uncomfortable and disappointing.
Overall, this experience has significantly changed my perception of the brand.

I ordered the Minnie Travel Ballet With Leather Logo in Pink Brick during Tory Burch’s spring sale and received the wrong size. When I contacted customer service, they offered a replacement — but only if I placed a new order at full price. The item is now out of stock, and the promo code they provided only works with a minimum order of $225.
This experience has been very frustrating and disappointing. I expected accurate order fulfillment and fair customer service, but unfortunately, that was not the case. I hope Tory Burch takes this feedback seriously and improves their process for loyal customers.

I spoke with your colleague on Monday - Anna, many thanks for contacting me and compensating for the trouble.
I was only able to finally order one item but the issue still persists with the 2 main items I desperately want but order not processing with or without the 10% discount code I have, despite stock being available for the ICON DOUBLE RING size 9 and ICON HUGGIE HOOP EARRINGS.
Error message is the same as the last, cards go through and are pending on my account but the order does not complete stating sorry bag contains items that are out of stock. See screenshots and account of how many times I've tried.
At this juncture, I have given up and will just admire your products from afar.

A fine gennaio 2025 ho acquistato sul sito una borsa Kira Chevron Small (prezzo della borsa 695 euro).
Dopo un utilizzo normale e conforme alla sua destinazione, ho riscontrato che la borsa ha presentato un evidente difetto: deterioramento del materiale . Tale danno si è manifestato in un tempo molto breve rispetto alla normale durata del prodotto, facendo presumere un difetto di fabbricazione o una qualità non conforme a quanto dichiarato. Contattato il servizio clienti per segnalare il difetto mi è stato risposto che era colpa mia (dopo soli 3mesi di utilizzo) e che non ne avevo avuto cura …..quindi NON COMPRATE le borse Tory Burch in quanto se le usate normalmente (come si fa con una qualsiasi borsa) si danneggiano in tempi brevissimi e quindi avrete speso inutilmente tanti quattrini 🤬

Purchased 2 pairs of boots Banana Chelsea Boot and Turnlock Heeled Ankle boot. Both pairs of boots were defective. Material on the bottom of both these boots started peeling. Not just a little bit but a lot where it was causing a tripping hazard and material was sticking out of bottom of my boots. I returned both pairs and over 1 month ago and still haven't received my refund. I've called 3 times and they are giving me a diffult time in returning my refund. Still haven't gotton a reply.

This retail company need to look into getting better Delivery companies to deliver your high priced items. When someone purchase something you expect to get your order. These delivery companies yall are using is ridiculous. Veho for one lies saying they attempted to deliver knowing damn well they didn't try to deliver esp I work from home.Did not ring my bell or call. The first time I ordered some shoes it was delivered my doordash..wtf I thought door dash delivers food only. I want to remain a consumer but GYSTG and stop charging consumers for your high priced items to get delivered by these guessing ass deliver driving companies frfr. The tracking apps are lies.
