From start to finish can't fault Totalglaze

Very good job today

Great service from start to finish. Highly recommended.

Had multiple repairs and replacements done to my windows and doors. Callum and Jayden were a pleasure to have in our house. They were helpful, polite and communicated well. The work was all done with precision and an eye for detail. There were moments where the grinder had to come out indoors and I was worried I'd be working the hoover all evening after they left but they were so tidy you wouldn't even know they had been here!

Very professional, no mess, explained the stages of fitting the window.

New French doors fitted quickly and efficiently. Fitters were respectful and on time

Excellent service Excellent fitters
Work was clean and tidy from start to finish.

Great job ,completed when they said the work would be done ,friendly workers ,doors are of good quality heavy and well fitted .I would recommend totalglaze to anyone looking for doors or windows .A reasonable price .

Really pleased with our windows however, problems withcatches after 1 year, and now 3 have 'blown' since then with water ingress. That's maybe to be expected After recommending this company I definitely wouldn't do so again - after sales is very shoddy, emerging defects aren't fixed despite the 10 year guarantee. We've called and chased for months, promised visits turn into no shows, repeated empty promises that we'll get an appt. Be warned!

The salesman's visit was quick and easy and we were quickly given an installation date. The fitters were polite and friendly, and the job was completed in 2.5 days (6 windows, 1 bay window and French doors). We also received a beautiful bouquet as a thank you. Very pleased with service and the new windows!

Fast and efficient service, no pressure sales , exactly what you want, affordable

window replacement handled professionally and efficiently. Quality work at a fair price. Would recommend highly

First rate job as usual. Thank you for a great service and the flowers were a lovely touch.

Excellent service and product. From survey to installation was a seamless experience. Fitters were great and did a brilliant job. I would recommend Totalglaze.

My daughter who was home at the time, said that the men who did the job were polite and efficient. The job was very neat and professionally installed.

Excellent swift professional service, good solid quality fittings, fitted by professional fitters. They are definitely top of the go to list if we are ever in need of glazers again.

Your staff were second to none , they were very polite and kept the house clean and tidy , a credit to your company , well done Brad and team.

Great communication from all involved at Totalglaze. Salesperson clearly went through different options available to us and installers were clean and efficient. Price was very competitive being £15k less than another company quotation for the exact same product! Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company.

We have used them before and this time had Bifold doors fitted to our existing conservatory, 2 x doors and an opening window to our new garage.
There were a couple of issues that when raised were immediately rectified. Installers were clean, tidy and efficient. rarely does everything in life go to plan, but you find out the true worth of a Company/individual when issues arise and Total Glaze acted immediately to solve the problem.

We love our new windows.
There were some issues but these were swiftly dealt with..
Even sent my wife a beautiful bouquet of flowers by way of an apology for the inconvenience.
